Our founder
Mr. Suresh Deulkar
B.Com., LL.B., FCS
The firm was established by Mr. Suresh Deulkar in 2014. Besides his significant contribution as secretarial auditor and corporate consultant to a multitude of corporates, he served the industry for more than 17 years as Secretary and Chief Accountant, and has been practising as a Company Secretary for over 33 years.
He has played a pivotal role in assisting listed companies and consulting on listing issues, has authored books on Company Law, and acts as an Arbitrator for cases involving brokers and clients of the BSE and NSE. He has been felicitated by the ICSI for actively rendering service as a Practising Company Secretary to the industry for more than 25 years.
